CASHIER

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. The Restaurant Cashier is in charge of the register. Must be competent with a restaurant management system (POS) and have good cash handling skills.

BARISTA

Responsible to process orders promptly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude. We want to ensure the return of our customer because the success of our business depends on it.  Will be responsible to educate customers/other personnel about our coffee& tea varieties, juices and smoothies and working with co-workers to ensure the operations in the outlet are smooth and profitable.

WAITER/WAITRESS

Will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service of food and beverage to guests at all times. Provide fast, professional and friendly service to all the guests and maintain a healthy work environment with cooperation to fellow colleagues from your team and the entire hotel.

STEWARD

Is responsible for supervising, coordinating and participating in the activities of all steward personnel in the team. Planning, organizing, controlling and budgeting. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all F&B operating equipment as well as kitchen and back areas.

HOSTESS

Responsible for providing courteous and warm welcome at the entrance to all guests. In order to provide an efficient service and maximize revenue by a good booking management Provide fast, professional and friendly service to all the guests.

GUEST RELATIONS

This role is responsible for handling Guest queries & reservation, Handling guest complains and anticipating their needs. Guest database management and general administration duties within the department.

COOK CHEF

Responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods  according to set standards, customer satisfaction and high level of sales in line with company policies and regulations under the general guidance of the Executive Chef.
